Death Day Mod crash+colored patches on grass.

I have a strange problem with the grass in Crashday:

This is probably because I have a NVIDIA card (a gts 240), am i right? :( Any solution?
Then, I installed the death day mod, and the patch for it, and got this:

Any solution?
